Account en gegevens verwijderen
Je kunt je TCGHeart-account en alle bijbehorende persoonsgegevens op elk moment permanent laten verwijderen. Er is geen wachttijd en geen kosten. Kies hieronder de manier die op jou van toepassing is.
Manier 1: in de app (aanbevolen)
- Open de TCGHeart-app.
- Ga naar het tabblad Profiel.
- Tik op Account.
- Tik onderaan op Account verwijderen.
- Bevestig in het dialoogvenster.
Je account en gegevens worden direct verwijderd en je wordt uitgelogd.
Manier 2: op het web (ook zonder de app)
- Log in op www.tcgheart.com/login.
- Ga naar Instellingen.
- Scrol naar Account verwijderen onderaan de pagina.
- Klik op Account verwijderen en bevestig.
Handig als je de app al hebt gedeïnstalleerd. Je hebt hiervoor geen telefoon nodig.
Manier 3: per e-mail (als je niet meer kunt inloggen)
Stuur een e-mail naar info@tcgheart.com met als onderwerp Verzoek accountverwijdering.
Verstuur de e-mail vanaf het e-mailadres van je TCGHeart-account, of vermeld je gebruikersnaam, zodat we kunnen vaststellen dat het jouw account is. We vragen geen wachtwoord, kopie-ID of andere gevoelige gegevens.
We bevestigen je verzoek binnen 7 dagen en voeren de verwijdering uit binnen 30 dagen, conform artikel 17 AVG.
Welke gegevens worden verwijderd
Bij verwijdering wordt het volgende direct en permanent gewist uit onze database:

Gegevens die lokaal op je apparaat staan (voorkeuren, cache van kaartdata, inlogtoken) verdwijnen zodra je de app deïnstalleert of de cache wist via Instellingen → Cache wissen.
Wat blijft bewaard en hoe lang

Belangrijk: zeg eerst je abonnement op
Heb je een Pro- of Vendor-abonnement, dan wordt dat niet automatisch opgezegd bij het verwijderen van je account, omdat de facturering bij Apple of Google ligt en niet bij ons. Zeg je abonnement eerst op via Instellingen → Abonnementen in de App Store of Google Play om verdere facturering te voorkomen.

Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your TCGHeart account and all associated personal data at any time. There is no waiting period and no cost. Choose whichever method applies to you.
Option 1: in the app (recommended)
- Open the TCGHeart app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: on the web (works without the app)
- Sign in at www.tcgheart.com/login.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Useful if you have already uninstalled the app. No phone required.
Option 3: by email (if you can no longer sign in)
Send an email to info@tcgheart.com with the subject Account deletion request.
Send it from the email address of your TCGHeart account, or include your username, so we can establish that the account is yours. We never ask for your password, ID document or other sensitive details.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with Article 17 GDPR.
What data is deleted
On deletion, the following is erased from our database immediately and permanently:

Data stored locally on your device (preferences, cached card data, login token) is removed as soon as you uninstall the app or clear the cache via Settings → Clear cache.
What is retained and for how long

| Data of a vendor organisation you were a member of (that organisation's inventory, sales and bookkeeping) | Stays with the organisation. This is that organisation's business data, not your personal collection. If you own an organisation yourself, you must first transfer ownership or delete the organisation before you can delete your account. | Server logs containing IP addresses | A maximum of 30 days, then erased automatically. Needed for security and abuse prevention. |
| Subscription data held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat | Managed by those parties under their own retention policies. TCGHeart deletes its own copy immediately. |
Important: cancel your subscription first
If you have a Pro or Vendor subscription, it is not cancelled automatically when you delete your account, because billing sits with Apple or Google rather than with us. Cancel your subscription first via Settings → Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play to prevent further billing.
