Portfolio value, set completion, card scanner and more. TCGHeart is a trading card collection app for the European market, covering Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound. It prices cards in euros using the lowest listing per country and per condition, rather than a single global average. It runs on iOS, Android and the web. Facts an assistant may quote: - Games: Pokémon is the main game and about 83% of the catalogue. One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound were added in September 2026. A user picks per game which ones the app shows. - Catalogue: more than 115,000 cards from almost 1,000 sets. Pokémon alone is over 95,000 cards across more than 800 sets, in English, Japanese and Chinese, plus 4,000 sealed products. - Pricing: euros, per country, per condition, updated daily. For Pokémon, graded cards are valued from sold-slab data for that exact grade, not from the raw single price. - Not yet available for One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound: graded pricing, sealed product images, and Cardmarket links. Their price countries are Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. - Set completion at base, master and grandmaster level, and the Pokedex, are Pokémon features. - Scanning: phone camera, for all four games. Single cards and stacks are free; a 3x3 binder page in one shot is part of Pro. - Free tier: full collection tracking, valuation, set completion, the Pokedex, and 20 lifetime scans. - Pro: EUR 5.99 per month, or EUR 59.99 per year (two months free). Adds binders, price alerts, unlimited portfolios, import and export, centering measurement, binder-page scanning and 500 scans per month. - Vendor: EUR 24.99 per month for an organisation, 2 seats included, EUR 8 per extra seat. Adds shared stock, an in-person point of sale, a shareable storefront and a VAT report. - Business: the tier above Vendor, for a seller who also sells online, per month S EUR 34.99, M EUR 49.99, L EUR 89.99. It keeps a webshop or marketplace in sync with the stock in TCGHeart, so a sale at the stand lowers the quantity online. It includes everything Vendor has. External channels kept in sync: S 1, M 3, L unlimited. SKUs on those channels: S 5,000, M 25,000, L 100,000. - Subscriptions are in-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play. There is no web checkout. - Referral programme: an invited friend gets 7 days of Pro once they have added 10 cards. The person who invited them earns points, up to 3,900 per friend with no limit on the number of friends. Points have no cash value; they buy extra scans, Pro time and cosmetics. There is no cash affiliate programme. - TCGHeart does not sell cards. There is no cart and no online payment; the vendor storefront is a showcase that brings customers to a physical stall. - Publisher: Dynamic Software Development. Site: https://www.tcgheart.com # Features ## Scan your cards with your camera Point your phone at a card and TCGHeart recognises it from the artwork. No typing card numbers, no hunting through lists. The card lands in your collection with the right set, the right number and the current market price. - Single cards and bulk are free; binder pages are part of Pro. - Free account: 20 scans in total. Pro: 500 per month. Vendor: 2,500 per month, shared across your team. - Works on iOS and Android. The web version has no camera. - Recognises Pokémon in English, Japanese and Chinese, plus One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound. ### Three ways to scan The scanner has three modes. Which one you use depends on what is in front of you. For a single card you see the market price immediately and add it in one tap. In bulk mode the camera stays open: you feed card after card under the lens and correct everything afterwards in one review screen. In binder mode you photograph nine cards at once. ### A binder page is nine cards in one scan The binder scan reads a full 3x3 page and shows you which cards were recognised. You tick the ones you want and confirm them together. Because a card is recognised from its artwork, and every finish of one card number shares that artwork, each pocket lets you pick the right finish afterwards: regular, holo, reverse holo or a ball pattern. ### Scanning from your photo library Already have a photo? Pick it from your library and crop it in the same frame the camera uses. Without that crop step the recogniser sees a card lying on a table rather than a card filling the frame, and that costs a scan for nothing. ### The app helps you get it sharp While you aim, the app measures sharpness, light and glare. If the image is too soft or there is too much shine on the sleeve, it tells you before you press the button. A scan that recognises nothing does not cost you a scan. Only a successful match counts. ### How it works 1. **Open the scanner** Tap the scan button in the bar at the bottom of the app. 2. **Pick a mode** Choose single card, bulk or binder page, depending on what you are about to scan. 3. **Fill the frame** Hold the card inside the frame until the app says the image is sharp enough, then shoot. 4. **Check and add** Pick the right variant if needed and add the card to a portfolio. ### Frequently asked questions **How many cards can I scan for free?** A free account gets 20 scans in total, not per month. Pro gives you 500 scans a month and a Vendor subscription 2,500 a month for the whole organisation. **Does a failed scan use up a scan?** No. You are only charged when a card is actually recognised. A blurry photo or a card that cannot be found costs you nothing. **Can I scan a whole binder page at once?** Yes. The binder scan reads a page of nine cards and counts as one scan. This mode is part of Pro. **Does the scanner recognise Japanese cards?** Yes. The Pokémon catalogue holds English, Japanese and Chinese sets, and the scanner recognises cards from all three. **Does the scanner work in the web version?** No. Scanning uses your phone camera, so it only works in the iOS and Android app. The cards you scan show up on the web afterwards. ## What are your cards worth? TCGHeart works in euros and looks at the European market. For every card you see the lowest price in the country you set, in the condition you own it in, and what that price has done since yesterday. - More than 115,000 cards from almost 1,000 sets: Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound. - Prices in euros, per country, per condition. - Daily change per card, and per set. - Every Pokémon card links through to Cardmarket so you can actually buy it. ### Per country and per condition, not one average A card does not have one price. It has a price in the Netherlands, a different one in Germany, and within each country a different price per condition. You set your country and your default condition, and every price in the app follows it. A copy you added as Good is priced as Good, not as Near Mint. ### What the newer games have, and what they do not have yet Pokémon is the game TCGHeart was built around and it is the most complete. One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound were added later and are priced the same way, in euros and per condition, but their price countries are Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom for now. Those three games also have no graded pricing yet, because there is no slab sales data for them, and their sealed products are listed without a product image. We would rather say that here than let you find it out on a card page. ### Being honest about what we do not know For some cards there is no listing in your country in your condition. Rather than quietly reaching for the most expensive price, the app steps to the nearest better condition and says explicitly which price you are looking at. So you always know whether the figure on screen is exactly your copy, or the closest available approximation. ### Graded cards are valued separately A PSA 10 is a different product from the same card raw. Graded copies are therefore not valued at the single-card price but from sales data for slabbed cards in that exact grade. If there is no sales data for your combination of grader and grade, the app says so and falls back to the raw price. You can then set your own value. ### Your portfolio over time Your collection value is recorded daily, so you get a chart that reaches further back than today. You can zoom in on a single portfolio, or leave portfolios out of the total. Alongside value the app tracks what you paid, so you see what your collection has done and not only what it is. ### Frequently asked questions **What currency does TCGHeart use?** Euros. The app is built for the European market and shows the lowest price in the country you set. **Can I set my own value for a card?** Yes. Per copy you can enter your own price, which is then used for that copy. The app marks those copies so you can later tell which figure came from you and which from the market. **How are graded cards valued?** From sales data for slabbed cards in that exact combination of grader and grade, for example PSA 10 or BGS 9.5. A BGS 10 Black Label is handled separately from a plain BGS 10, because in practice those are very different amounts. **Are sealed products tracked too?** Yes. Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, bundles and tins have their own price and price history, just like single cards. **How often are prices updated?** Daily. Every card also shows the difference against yesterday's price. ## Digital binders A binder in TCGHeart looks like a real one: a band that opens, pages of sleeves you turn, and your cards inside. You build one in a few taps and you can share it with a link. - Pages of 4, 9, 12 or 16 pockets. - Presets: set, Living Dex, one Pokémon, portfolio or empty. - For sets you can pick base set, master set or grandmaster. - Binders are part of Pro. ### Start from a preset, then it is yours You choose what fills the binder: a whole set, a Living Dex with a slot per Pokémon, every card of one Pokémon, a portfolio, or an empty binder you lay out yourself. That choice fills the binder once. The moment you move something yourself, the layout is yours and it stays exactly as you left it. ### Lay it out yourself Drag cards from slot to slot. You can leave a sleeve deliberately empty, add a page, copy a card to the slot beside it, and merge several pockets into one big sleeve for a jumbo or an oversized promo. That larger pocket also takes a photo of your own, for a card that is not in the catalogue or something else you want to keep with it. ### See what is still missing An empty slot shows the card that belongs there, greyed out, with what it currently costs. At the top you see how far along you are and what it would cost to finish the binder. You can print placeholder sheets of the missing cards to slot into your physical binder. ### Share it with a link Set a binder to public and you get a link anyone can open, no account needed. That link shows your binder exactly as you laid it out, deliberately empty slots included. Useful to show what you are working on, or to show at a fair what you are looking for. ### Frequently asked questions **Can I share a binder with someone who has no account?** Yes. Every binder has a share link. Anyone opening it sees your binder as you laid it out, without signing in and without being able to change anything. **Can I decide where every card sits?** Yes. Every binder can be rearranged, whatever you filled it with. Drag cards to another slot, leave sleeves deliberately empty and add pages. **Can I put my own photo in a binder?** Yes, in any sleeve. A binder holding your own photos always stays private; the share link does not work for those. **What is a Living Dex binder?** A binder with one slot per Pokémon rather than per card. For a Pokémon you do not own yet you see a greyed sprite you can tap to go find a card for it. ## Completing your sets A set is never one number. One collector wants each number once, another wants every reverse holo too, and a third also wants the promos and stamps. TCGHeart tracks all three separately. These three levels are Pokémon vocabulary, so they apply to Pokémon sets. - More than 800 Pokémon sets: English, Japanese and Chinese. - Three progress rings per set: base, master and grandmaster. - Grandmaster extras can be placed at the back of your binder. - Exporting the missing cards is part of Pro. ### Three levels that nest Base set is one card per numbered slot in the main set. Master set is everything you can pull from a pack, so reverse holos, ball patterns and secret rares included. Grandmaster adds everything you cannot pull from a pack: cosmos holos, non-holos, promos and stamps. Each level sits inside the next, so you never see a base set fuller than your master set. ### What it costs to finish Alongside how many cards you are missing, you see what those cards currently cost. That turns a choice between two sets into a concrete one: not which is closest, but which is cheapest to finish. You can also export the missing cards as a list to take to a fair. ### Add or remove a set in one go Bought a set complete? Add everything you were missing in one action, at the level you choose. Selling a set in one go works the same way, and you can choose between deleting it outright or recording it as sold with the proceeds. ### Frequently asked questions **What is the difference between a master set and a grandmaster set?** A master set is everything that can come out of a pack, including reverse holos and secret rares. Grandmaster is that plus everything that cannot: cosmos holos, non-holos, promos, stamps and special releases. **Do secret rares count towards the base set?** No. Cards numbered beyond the set total, such as 095/094, belong to the master set rather than the base set. **Which languages are supported?** English, Japanese and Chinese sets. You can filter the set list by language and track your progress per language. **Can I add a whole set at once?** Yes. You pick the level and the condition, and the app only adds what you did not already have. ## Living Dex: collecting by Pokémon Not everyone collects by set. Plenty of people simply want each Pokémon once. The Pokédex in TCGHeart flips the question: not which cards do I have, but which Pokémon do I have. - 1,025 Pokémon and over 300 separate forms. - Filter by generation. - Living Dex binder with a slot per Pokémon. - Trackable per language: English, Japanese or Chinese. ### A slot for every Pokémon You see every Pokémon on a grid, grouped by generation. What you own is in colour, what you are missing is grey. At the top you see how much of the dex you have completed. Forms such as Alolan, Galarian, Hisuian and Mega can be counted separately or folded under the base Pokémon, whichever you consider one slot. ### Every card of one Pokémon Tap a Pokémon and you see every card that exists for that species, across all sets and languages. Filter by set, rarity, variant and language, and sort by price to find the cheapest way to fill that slot. If you only collect Japanese, you set that once and the whole dex counts Japanese cards only. ### Sorting by Pokédex number Everywhere in the app you can sort by Pokédex number instead of card number or price. Your collection, the market and a set page then line up in the same order as the dex itself. ### Frequently asked questions **What is a Living Dex?** A collection holding at least one card of every Pokémon. Instead of completing sets you fill the Pokédex, from Bulbasaur to the newest generation. **Do Mega and regional forms count as separate Pokémon?** That is up to you. You can fold forms under the base Pokémon or count them separately. **Can I keep a Living Dex in one language?** Yes. Pick a language and only cards from sets in that language count towards your progress. ## Is this card worth submitting? Before you send a card off you want to know whether it stands a chance. TCGHeart measures one thing very precisely: how the artwork sits inside the borders. Every grader puts a hard limit on that. - Five graders: PSA, BGS, CGC, ACE and TAG. - Separate standards for front and back. - Pro: 250 measurements per month. Vendor: 400. - Only centering is measured, so the result is an upper bound. ### What is measured, and what is not The app photographs your card and measures the margin on all four sides. From that follows how far off centre it is, to a tenth of a percent. Corners, edges and surface are not measured. That is exactly why the result is a ceiling and not a prediction: this is the highest grade centering still allows, not the grade you will get. ### Every grader draws the line somewhere else A PSA 10 allows a different offset on the front than a BGS 9.5 or an ACE 10. Front and back each have their own standard as well; at PSA the back is far more forgiving than the front. So you do not see one number but a row: the highest this card can reach at PSA, BGS, CGC, ACE and TAG, each against their own published standards. Measure both sides and the worse of the two decides. ### What it is worth Next to each grade you see what that grade fetches for this card, based on real sales. In one screen you can tell whether the gap between a 9 and a 10 is worth the submission. Where a grader publishes no standard for a grade you see a dash. We do not fill that in with a number we cannot back up. ### Tracking what you sent in Cards you send off go into a submission: which grader, which cards, what you pay per card. You move the submission through four stages yourself, from sent to returned. When the cards come back you enter the real grade and see it next to the expectation. The grade is written onto the copy in your collection in one action, after which that card is valued as a slab. We receive nothing back from any grader. Every step in that tracker is one you set yourself, and the app says so. ### Frequently asked questions **Does TCGHeart predict the grade I will get?** No. Only centering is measured. Corners, edges and surface also decide what you get in practice, and those are not looked at. What you see is the highest grade centering still allows. **Which graders are supported?** PSA, BGS, CGC, ACE and TAG, each against their own published centering standards. Where a grader publishes no standard for a grade, we deliberately show no number. **Should I measure front and back?** You can, and it is more accurate. Beckett and CGC look at both sides, so with two measurements the result follows the worse of the two. **How should I take the photo?** With some room around the card, not cropped tight to the edge. The measurement finds the border by contrast against the background, so too tight a crop can cost you a full grade. **How many measurements does Pro include?** 250 a month. A Vendor organisation gets 400. When they run out you can buy more with points from the shop. ## Know when a card drops You should not have to check every day whether that one card has finally come down. Put an alert on it with your amount and your condition, and you will hear about it. - Alerts are part of Pro. - Per card, per condition, above or below an amount. - Notified in the app, on your phone and in Discord. - Works for sealed products too. ### Your price, your condition An alert is about a specific card in a specific condition. A Near Mint copy and a Light Played copy are different amounts, so you choose which one you are waiting for. You decide whether it fires when the price goes below or above your amount. If the card drops and you are in, you hear it once; if it climbs back afterwards, the alert is armed again. ### Three ways to hear it An alert shows up in the app, arrives as a notification on your phone, and can come in as a Discord message if you have linked your account. For a Pokémon card the message puts you one tap from Cardmarket to buy it. ### A wishlist that is not a price list The wishlist is what you are still looking for: a priority per card and the condition you want it in. You organise it into folders, by set or by project. From any row you create an alert in one tap, at the price you think is fair. The list says what you want; the alert says when to move. ### Frequently asked questions **Will I get the same notification every day?** No. An alert fires once when the price crosses your threshold and is only armed again once the price moves back the other way. **Can I set an alert on a sealed product?** Yes. Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and bundles work just like single cards. **Can I get alerts in Discord?** Yes, if you link your Discord account in settings. You then get a direct message from the TCGHeart bot alongside the in-app notification. **Are alerts free?** No, price alerts are part of Pro. The wishlist itself is free. ## For stallholders at fairs TCGHeart Vendor is built for people running a stall at a fair. One shared stock for your team, taking payment at the table, and a report afterwards your accountant can actually use. - €24.99 a month, including 2 seats. Extra seats €8 a month. - 2,500 scans a month, shared across your team. - Roles and permissions per team member. - No online selling: the storefront is a showcase, not a webshop. ### Taking payment at your table You scan the cards the customer is taking, they land on one receipt with a quantity per line, and you charge once. If they pay by card, the amount goes through to SumUp on your own phone and into your own account. Cash, Tikkie and bank transfer are recorded just as well, so the report afterwards matches what is in the cash box. A cancelled payment books nothing: the receipt is simply still there. ### Buying in at your own percentage When someone walks up with a stack, you scan the stack and set one percentage of market value. You see the total to pay immediately, and the cards enter your stock at that purchase price. Which means your margin works out later on its own, and so does the VAT on that margin. ### VAT on the margin scheme Anyone selling second-hand cards owes VAT on the margin rather than on turnover. The sales report works that way by default, and you can switch an organisation to the standard rate if your situation differs. Export it as CSV, broken down by day, payment method and sales channel. ### A storefront, not a webshop You get a public link to your stock that customers can browse on their own phone, with a QR code to put on your table. They see what you have and what it costs. There is deliberately no cart and no online payment. The storefront brings people to your stall; selling happens there. ### Being visible on the fair calendar The events radar shows which fairs are coming up and which stallholders will be there. Announce yourself for a fair and you appear in that list, with what you are bringing and your booth number. Visitors can follow you and are notified as soon as you announce yourself for a new fair. ### Selling online too: Business If you sell through your own webshop or a marketplace as well as at fairs, Business is the tier above Vendor. You connect your channels to TCGHeart and your stock here is the source: what you sell at your stand goes down online straight away, and what sells online is no longer on your table. Business includes everything in Vendor. What differs is how many channels you connect, how many stock units may sit on them and how many seats your team gets. It comes in three sizes, S, M and L. The pricing page lists what each one costs. ### Frequently asked questions **Can I sell online with TCGHeart?** No, and that is deliberate. There is no cart and no online payment. The shareable storefront shows what you have and brings customers to your stall; the sale happens in person. **How does card payment work?** Through the SumUp app on your own phone. The amount goes straight to the account signed in there. We are not in between and take no cut of your turnover. **Is VAT calculated on the margin scheme?** By default yes, because that is the scheme most card dealers fall under. You can switch an organisation to the standard rate. **Can several people work in the same stock at once?** Yes. A Vendor subscription includes two seats and you can add up to ten. You set per team member what they are allowed to do. **Does my whole team need Pro?** No. Inside the organisation everyone has access to the Pro features. That does not extend to a team member's own private collection, which is a separate subscription. # Comparisons ## A Collectr alternative for European collectors If you collect in Europe, you want your collection valued in euros, at the prices of the market you actually buy in. That is what TCGHeart is built for. - Prices in euros, per country and per condition. - Imports CSV and JSON exports, with per-row correction. - Free to use; Pro costs €5.99 a month or €59.99 a year. - iOS, Android and web. ### Why a European app makes a difference A card does not have one world price. It costs something different in the Netherlands than in Germany, and within each country the price differs per condition. Work from a single average and your collection value is an approximation. TCGHeart is built for that market. Prices are in euros, per country, and per condition. You set the country you buy from and that is what you see throughout the app. ### Bringing your collection with you You do not have to start over. The import recognises CSV and JSON exports and tries to match every row to the right card in the right set. Rows that cannot be matched immediately get a suggestion, and you can pick the right card per row. Anything TCGHeart cannot place with certainty stays marked as not found rather than being attached to a card anyway. ### What else is in it Beyond tracking and valuing there is a camera scanner that reads whole binder pages, shareable digital binders, a Living Dex, and a centering measurement to judge whether a card is worth submitting. For people running a stall at fairs there is a separate side of the app with shared stock, a point of sale with SumUp and a VAT report. > Collectr is a trademark of its owner. TCGHeart is not affiliated with them and there is no partnership between us. This page describes what TCGHeart does and does not assess any other app; features change, so compare for yourself what each app currently offers. ### Frequently asked questions **Is there an app like Collectr that works in euros?** TCGHeart is built for the European market and shows prices in euros, using the lowest price in the country you set and per condition. **Can I bring my collection to TCGHeart?** Yes. The import reads CSV and JSON files and matches every row to the right card. Rows it is unsure about are shown to you first with a suggestion, so nothing is quietly imported wrong. **What does TCGHeart cost?** An account is free, including tracking and valuing your collection, completing sets and 20 scans. Pro is €5.99 a month (or €59.99 a year) and adds unlimited portfolios, binders, price alerts, import and export and 500 scans a month, among other things. **Does TCGHeart work on my computer?** Yes. There is a web version alongside the iOS and Android apps. Only scanning does not work on the web, since that needs a camera. ## From Dex to TCGHeart Using Dex to track your Pokémon collection and want European prices, a scanner and shareable binders? Your export comes with you. - Dex exports are detected automatically. - Rows with a quantity of zero are skipped. - The price column from your export is not taken as a purchase price. - Collectr exports and generic CSVs are read as well. ### Your export is recognised Export your collection from Dex and drop the file into the import. The format is detected automatically; you do not have to map columns. A Dex export stores the card number in a combined field and uses UTF-16 character encoding. TCGHeart's import reads both, so you do not have to open the file in Excel first. ### Honest about what does not match Every row gets a status. What certainly matches is imported. What probably matches is shown to you first with a proposal, and what cannot be found stays marked as not found. You can pick a card per row yourself, even when the suggestion is off. So you decide which set a card came from, not the matcher. ### What you gain Prices in euros per country and per condition, a camera scanner that also reads whole binder pages, digital binders with a share link, three levels of set completion and a Living Dex. And if you run a stall at fairs: shared stock, a point of sale and a VAT report. > Dex is a trademark of its owner. TCGHeart is not affiliated with them and there is no partnership between us. This page describes what TCGHeart's import does and does not assess any other app; formats and features change, so check for yourself what currently applies. ### Frequently asked questions **Can I import my Dex collection into TCGHeart?** Yes. Export your collection from Dex and pick the file in the import. The format is recognised and every row is matched to the right card in the right set. Importing is part of Pro. **Do I have to edit the export file first?** No. The unusual character encoding and the combined card-number field are handled as they are. **Is the price from my export used as my purchase price?** No. That column is current market value, not what you paid. Taking it as a purchase price would make your return meaningless, so it is deliberately ignored. **What happens to cards that are not found?** They are not quietly attached to some other card. You see them with suggestions and can choose per row, or skip them. ## Choosing an app to track your Pokémon cards There are plenty of apps for tracking a card collection and at first glance they look alike. The difference comes down to five things, and you only notice them once your collection grows. - Over 95,000 Pokémon cards from more than 800 sets, in English, Japanese and Chinese. - Free account; Pro €5.99 a month or €59.99 a year. - iOS, Android and web. - Sealed products and graded cards included. ### 1. Does it work in your currency and your market? This is the biggest difference between apps. A collection valued in dollars says little if you buy and sell in euros. Check whether you can set a country, and whether the price you see is the price you could actually buy the card for there. ### 2. Does it know condition matters? A Near Mint copy and a Played copy of the same card are different amounts. If an app values everything at Near Mint, your collection value is too high. Also watch what happens when there is no listing in your condition: does the app quietly reach for a more expensive price, or does it tell you which price you are seeing? ### 3. Are graded cards handled separately? A slabbed PSA 10 is a different product from the same card loose. Value it at the single-card price and your total is wrong, and it is wrong by the most on exactly the expensive cards. ### 4. How do the cards get in? At a few hundred cards you can still type. Beyond that you want to scan, and preferably more than one card at a time. Look at the import too: can you read an export from another app, and do you see up front which rows matched and which did not? ### 5. Can you take your collection back out? A collection you maintain for years should be yours. Check that you can export to CSV or JSON before you start entering anything, and which tier that sits under. ### How TCGHeart answers those five Prices in euros, per country and per condition, with an explicit note when you are shown another condition or another country. Graded copies are valued from sales data for slabbed cards in that exact grade. Cards go in with the camera, one at a time, as a stack, or a binder page of nine. Importing works from CSV and JSON with a per-row review step, and exporting to CSV and JSON; both of those are part of Pro. > This page describes what to look for and what TCGHeart does. Other apps are not assessed or compared here. Pokémon is a trademark of its owner; TCGHeart is not affiliated with it. ### Frequently asked questions **What is the best app to track a Pokémon collection in Europe?** It depends on where you buy. If you collect in Europe, pick an app that works in euros, prices per country and accounts for the condition of your copy. TCGHeart is built for that and runs on iOS, Android and web. **Is there a free app to track Pokémon cards?** TCGHeart is free to use: tracking your collection, following its value, completing sets and the Pokédex are all included, plus 20 scans to try it out. Pro adds binders, price alerts, import and export, unlimited portfolios and 500 scans a month for €5.99 a month or €59.99 a year. **Can I scan Pokémon cards with my phone?** Yes. In the iOS and Android app you scan a card with the camera. You can scan single cards, a stack one after another, or a whole binder page of nine cards in one shot. **Can I export my collection again?** Yes, to CSV and JSON. Exporting is part of Pro, but your collection stays yours. # FAQ ## Getting started **Is TCGHeart free?** Yes. The free tier includes full portfolio tracking, European market prices in euros, set completion, the Pokédex and 20 scans to try it out. Pro adds binders, price alerts, import and export, an insurance report and 500 scans a month, among other things. **Which games and languages are supported?** Pokémon is the main game, and TCGHeart also covers One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound. Together that is more than 115,000 cards from almost 1,000 sets. Pokémon sets come in English, Japanese and Chinese. In settings you pick which games the app shows you. **Where is my collection stored, and does it work offline?** Your collection is saved to your account, so it syncs across every device you sign in on. The app keeps a local copy too, so your portfolio still opens when you are briefly offline. Adding, scanning and live prices need a connection. **Which devices does TCGHeart run on?** iOS, Android and the web. Your collection syncs across all three. Only scanning does not work on the web, since that needs your phone camera. ## Scanning **How does card scanning work?** Point your phone camera at a card and TCGHeart recognises it and adds it to your collection. You can also scan a photo from your album. **Can I scan more than one card at a time?** Yes. Besides single cards there is a bulk mode that keeps the camera open so you can scan a stack one card after another, which is free. Scanning a full binder page at once (up to 9 cards from one shot) is part of Pro, and vendors can scan a whole stack to buy or sell. Graded slabs are recognised too, with their eBay sold prices. **Will there ever be unlimited scans?** Free gives you 20 scans to try it out and Pro includes 500 a month. We cap scans because every recognition costs us money; the plan is for Pro to become unlimited once we scale. A scan only counts when a card is actually recognised. **My card was not recognised or matched the wrong one. What now?** Make sure the whole card fills the frame with the bottom edge visible, in even light with no glare. If a scan finds several versions you can pick the right variant. A scan that finds nothing does not count against your limit. ## Prices & data **Where do the prices come from?** We use real European market activity to calculate an accurate lowest country price in euros, for both raw cards and graded slabs. We never use averages or trend guesses. For One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound the prices currently cover Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. **What does the price change or arrow mean?** It is the day over day move, today's lowest price versus yesterday's. Green means up, red means down. It is a daily signal, not a live ticker. **How are graded (slab) cards priced?** Graded cards use recent eBay sold prices per grade, since that is where slabs actually trade. These are US eBay sales and are shown separately from the European market price for raw cards. Graded pricing exists for Pokémon; for One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound there is no slab sales data yet. **Can I track sealed products?** Yes. Booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, tins and more are tracked with their own market price and history, and you can add them to your collection just like single cards. Sealed products for One Piece, Lorcana and Riftbound have no product image yet. ## Collection & sets **Can I organise my cards into separate portfolios?** Yes. Create named portfolios, for example a personal collection and a chase list, and track each one's value on its own. You can also view the whole collection together. Free accounts get 2 portfolios; Pro has no limit. **How does set completion work?** Every set shows three nested goals. Base is the numbered main set, Master is everything you can pull from a pack, and Grandmaster adds the non pullable extras like promos and stamps. Complete Set adds the cards you are still missing in one tap. The three levels are Pokémon vocabulary, so sets from the other games do not show them. **Is there a wishlist?** Yes, and it is free. Add cards you want, set an optional target price and a priority. Pro members also get a notification when a card drops to their target. **Can I add friends?** Yes, for free. Everyone has a private friend code, also as a QR code or a link. Once your friend accepts, you see each other's collection, wishlist and the fairs you are going to, and you can switch each of those off. Prices you hide on your share link stay hidden from friends too, and wishlist notes are never shown. On your phone your friends' wishlists stay available without signal, handy at a fair. **Can I import my collection from another app?** Yes. Pro members can import from a CSV or JSON file, or paste a table from a spreadsheet. TCGHeart auto detects common formats like Collectr and Dex and maps the columns for you. Re importing the same file never doubles your collection. ## Pro **How much is Pro and how do I subscribe?** Pro is €5.99 a month or €59.99 a year (2 months free). You subscribe through the TCGHeart mobile app via the App Store or Google Play. There is no separate web checkout. **Can I get notified when a price changes?** Yes. Pro members can set price alerts on any card, above or below a target. You get an in app notification and a push when it triggers. Alerts are checked once a day. **Can I get a valuation report for insurance?** Yes. Pro members can generate a printable valuation report of their collection, card by card with totals, as proof of ownership and worth for an insurer. It is an indicative market valuation, not a certified appraisal. **Can I invite friends?** Yes. Your profile has your own link, code and QR code under Invite & earn points. Anyone who signs up through you and adds 10 cards gets 7 days of Pro free, and you earn points: up to 3,900 per friend. Points have no cash value; you spend them on extra scans, Pro time and cosmetics. There is more, including tips for streamers, at tcgheart.com/invite. ## Vendor & fairs **What is the Vendor tier for shops?** Vendor is a separate tier for sellers at 24,99 euro per month per organisation, with 2 seats included. It adds shared shop inventory, a shareable storefront, a fair point of sale and the events radar, on top of everything in Pro. **Can I sell at a fair with card payments?** Yes. The fair point of sale lets you scan a card, take payment in person via SumUp, cash or Tikkie, and it keeps a sales and VAT report. The point of sale is for selling in person at your stand; selling online runs through your own webshop, which Business keeps in sync with your stock. **What is the events radar?** It shows upcoming Pokémon fairs in the Benelux, which vendors are attending and who to follow. Full event details and tickets are on Pokeradar, our events partner. **What is Business?** Business is the tier above Vendor, for sellers who also sell online. Your webshop or marketplace is connected to your stock in TCGHeart: sell a card at your stand and the quantity online goes down with it. Everything in Vendor is included. It comes in three sizes, S, M and L, which differ in how many channels you connect, how many stock units may sit on them and how many seats your team gets. The pricing page lists what each one costs. ## Account & privacy **How do I delete my account?** In the app go to Profile, then Account, then Delete Account. On the web you can do it from Settings. Deleting removes your personal data. If you can no longer sign in, email us and we will handle it. **Who can see my collection?** Your collection is private by default. You can create a read only share link if you want to show it, and vendors can share a storefront. You are always in control of what is shared. # Invite programme Share your own link or code. Anyone who signs up and adds 10 cards gets 7 days of Pro free. You earn points, and more the longer your friend stays on Pro. No cash, but extra scans, Pro time and a spot on the leaderboard. - Your friend adds 10 cards: 150 points - Your friend goes Pro: 750 points - They stay on Pro for 3 months in a row: 1,000 points - They stay on Pro for 6 months in a row: 2,000 points Up to 3,900 points per friend. If your friend takes a yearly plan, that counts as 12 paid months and you get the Pro points in one go. There is no limit to how many people you invite. ## For streamers and creators Opening packs or selling cards live on Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube or Twitch? Your viewers are collectors, and TCGHeart is built for them. Here is how to use your code: - **Put your link on screen** Add tcgheart.com/i/YOURCODE to your bio, your stream title or a pinned chat message. Anyone who taps it has your code straight away. - **Show your QR code** The app opens your QR code full screen. Hold your phone up to the camera or add it to your stream as an image, and viewers scan it from their own screen. - **Say your code out loud** Viewers who have just installed the app enter your code when they create their account. A code you can say works better than a link nobody retypes. - **Price-check live** Scan a pull with your camera and show your chat its European market value, per country and per condition. Your points buy extra scans for long streams. - **After a break** Anyone who buys cards from you can scan them after the stream and track their sets. Adding 10 cards that way activates your invite on its own. - **At your table at a fair** Put your QR code on the table. Selling as a vendor? Use your vendor organisation's code. The points then go to the organisation, not to whoever happens to be behind the table. ## For vendors A vendor organisation has its own code, separate from your personal one. Every collector who adds 10 cards through that code earns the organisation 100 points, to spend on extra scans and a featured spot in the app. Invite another vendor with your personal code and they can try Vendor free for 7 days once they have added 10 cards. If they then subscribe, you get 3,000 points. ## Share fairly - Tell people you earn points when they use your code. Advertising rules for social media ask for that. - Don't promise money or prizes on TCGHeart's behalf. Points are not money, and a code does not make you an official partner. - No spam and no fake accounts. Inviting yourself does not count. - Don't bid on the TCGHeart name in ads. - Check your own platform's rules on links and promotion too. > Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The full rules are in the terms of use. Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch are trademarks of their owners; TCGHeart is not affiliated with them. # Pricing ## Starter - Portfolio tracking - Set progress & Pokédex - European market prices - Sealed & graded pricing - Trade calculator - Card scanner, 20 free scans to try ## Pro - Everything in Starter - Unlimited portfolios - Digital binders - Price alerts - Import & export - All chart periods - Realized P&L & trade history - Insurance valuation PDF - Grade check & grading submissions - Binder page scan + 500 scans per month * ## Vendor - Everything in Pro - Fair POS (scan → sell) - Card payments via SumUp - Bulk scan & sell (stack/binder) - Sales report & VAT (margin scheme) - Buy-in margin calculator - Control-round alerts - Shared org inventory & multi-seat - Public storefront - 2500 scans per month (shared) * ## Business S - EUR 34.99 per month - Everything in Vendor - 3 seats included - 1 external channel kept in sync - Up to 5,000 SKUs on those channels - 2,500 scans per month ## Business M - EUR 49.99 per month - Everything in Vendor - 5 seats included - 3 external channels kept in sync - Up to 25,000 SKUs on those channels - 3,000 scans per month ## Business L - EUR 89.99 per month - Everything in Vendor - 10 seats included - Unlimited external channels kept in sync - Up to 100,000 SKUs on those channels - 6,000 scans per month
